Emergency Short-term Boarding/Fostering Your Pets

We may be able to help temporarily board or foster your pet, if you are:

• temporarily evicted from your home and cannot find pet-friendly housing

• hospitalized

• in a short or long term intensive inpatient or outpatient program

• attending a rehabilitation program

• removing yourself from a domestic violence situation

We CANNOT help foster or board your pet if you are looking to rehome your pet or if you can safely find a place to stay indoors with your pet.

Short term-fostering or boarding is to help people who may otherwise need to give up their pet if it were for these options.
